This bungalow can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms and with its open-plan lounge and dining area, combined with terracotta tiles throughout and full kitchen and laundry, the place has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.
The Space.
The master suite has a queen size bed, robe and chest of drawers whilst bedroom two has a double bed and bedside tables. There is a single bunk in the kids’ bedroom and all bed and bath linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new fridge, microwave, stove top and oven and pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc; everything you need to prep family meals.
Two sofas, a TV with local stations, plus a dining area makes for a small family hang out space, but really, it’s all about the location and getting down to the beach, or up to the pub from here. There is also a BBQ out front with outdoor dining table and chairs; all under the pergola, which is also a lovely place to read on the outdoor lounge.
Finally, there is a good-sized bathroom/laundry with separate toilet within the Bungalow as well.
This home is suited best to small families and fuss-free guests.

Guest Access.
Guests have access to the entire unit and verge parking. The back alleyway is common area for all unit tenants and is the only shared space but, rarely used by guests.

Location.
Yallingup is a beautiful small coastal town which was voted Best Tourist Town in 2019 by Australia Traveller Magazine. It’s on the west coast of the Cape Naturaliste Region just across the peninsula from Dunsborough facing the Indian Ocean.
The surf break at Yallingup is famous amongst surfers worldwide and is the birthplace of surfing in WA. The Yallingup reef creates ideal conditions for world class waves and also creates a protected lagoon for swimmers and snorkelers.
Located at Yallingup Beach is a beach café, playground and well maintained foreshore area with grass and BBQ facilities and public toilets and showers.

You really can’t beat the location! And a great price. A minute walk to the beach and 5 to the pub. It’s perfect if you have kids because the child friendly lagoon and playground are so close. The kitchen was stocked with bits of food (vegemite, coffee, sugar etc) left by previous guests, and all the utensils you need. Comfortable beds, a great veranda/front yard and a clean and tidy living space. Everything you could want in a holiday house. The communication from the host was top notch. It’s a beautiful part of the world and we will definitely stay here again when we come back. Highly recommended.

Book an extra night! We didn’t want to leave. The house is incredibly convenient in the heart of Yallingup. We loved walking to Shaana Cafe in the morning and to the beach. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the front yard but there is a great spot out back too. Head to the general store just up the hill for way more than you’d expect. The hotel up by the general store offers a lot for evening and night if you want to get out and about. If this place wasn’t 12,000 miles from home , we’d go back in a second. A perfect stay!
